Opera 27 is a web browser developed by Opera Software ASA, available for download in full install version for Windows platforms from legacy sources. This version of Opera was officially released on 2015-01-27 for public access and a brief summary of important updates and change log pertaining to this edition can be read below.

Opera 27 has been built on Chromium 40 rendering engine using JavaScript engine V8. This version is supported in Windows XP and later versions except Windows 10.

Opera 27 has been released with more visual interface improvements and stability fixes. If you have opened too many tabs, now you can find the tabs in a list view with newly introduced button in the tab bar. All opera internal pages now has a new navigation menu in the start page bottom. Print preview has now redesigned look and feel.  Issues pertaining to empty bookmarks folder in the bookmark manager has now been fixed and tweaked for optimum performance.

As Chromium has now dropped support for old Netscape plugin resulting in problems with Adobe flash player.  Opera developers has gone one-step-ahead by providing API support for Pepper Flash Player (PPAPI) protocol thus eliminating issues in execution of Adobe flash player files.
